You will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat PDF reader or some other program capable of reading the PDF file format installed on your computer.

You will then be prompted to Save or Open (we suggest saving) the Memory Book Questions file. Alternatively, if the PDF download doesn't start there will be a secondary link provided. Clicking that link should bring up the Save/Open prompt.
